About HexGL
HexGL is a futuristic racing game by Thibaut Despoulain. A hovering craft, an elevated city circuit, and speed pads make each run a test of steering and anticipation. Keeping a clean line through the next bend matters as much as holding the accelerator.
How to play
Select keyboard controls on the opening menu, choose a graphics quality setting, and start the game. Use Up Arrow to accelerate and Left or Right Arrow to steer. A and D operate the air brakes, helping you set up the craft for a corner.
Read the track ahead
Approach a bend with room to turn. A barrier collision interrupts a fast run, so avoid chasing a speed pad if it leaves you pointing at the outside wall.
Choose a usable quality setting
Smooth motion makes it easier to judge corners. If the highest setting feels uneven, return to the menu and lower the quality before trying again.

FAQs
What kind of racing game is HexGL?
HexGL is a futuristic time-trial racer. You pilot a hovering craft along an elevated circuit rather than driving through road traffic.
Why should I use air brakes?
Air brakes help you control the craft through corners. Use them before you run wide into a barrier.
What should I do if the game runs slowly?
Choose a lower quality setting on the game's opening menu before starting. The game uses WebGL and works best with a desktop keyboard.
